Opened in 2006 the AMP Technology Centre is one of only a few locations in the world where small, growing businesses can co-locate in an environment with the likes of Boeing, Hitachi, Rolls Royce and many other leading companies in advanced engineering sectors. With grow-on space available at Evolution @ AMP and confirmed investment in some of the UK's leading engineering and technology driven projects in aeronautical engineering and nuclear energy, the Advanced Manufacturing Park is an important concentration of talent, know-how and expertise recognised by the UK Government and by major corporations around the world.
The AMP Technology Centre has a range of high quality office spaces suitable for between 1 and 60 people. A range of workshops are also available ranging in size between 360 and 1,300 sq ft (33 and 120 sq m). All of our spaces are let on flexible terms so that you can give just one month's notice at any time. Depending on the individual needs of your business our environment is designed specifically to nurture small, medium and fast growing companies with a supportive dedicated team, regular networking events and a mixture of like-minded businesses all working in the advanced engineering, manufacturing and environmental energy sector. The facilities are built to high environmental standards with grey water recycling, photovoltaics and a wind powered hydrogen mini-grid.
